Career Bridge USA is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client in Waterloo, IA area.

Responsibilities include:

· Writing subcontracts and purchase orders
· Scheduling and running up to 20 projects at a time
· Securing a smooth flow of material and equipment to the job site and keep costs in line with budgets
· Verifying both Company employees and subcontractors are performing on time, according to contract requirements and producing quality work
· Assuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget
· Estimating possible projects and attending pre-bid meetings
· Estimating material quantities, labor, time requirements and equipment necessary to complete the job

Requirements:

· High School diploma
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or related field preferred
· At least 5 years experience in construction management
· Must have remodeling experience
· Experience with Xactimate software or something similar preferred
· Excellent managerial skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
