When his time was up, the Waverly Pet Rescue took him in so that he would not die. He is now living in a foster home. He is up-to-date on shots, heartworm negative, neutered, and treated with Frontline. Trey is about 2-years-old and weighs about 28 pounds. He is a friendly little guy and loves attention. He wants to be your best friend! He also does well around the other dogs he has been around. He didn't mess in his kennel while at the vet so they said he appears to be housetrained. Trey is a sweet little guy! He is housetrained and stays in the yard when he goes outside. Trey goes out and gets his business done and then is ready to come back in! He is a well mannered dog and gets along with dogs of all sizes. Trey ignores the cats even if they run right by his nose! He does great with the kids (ages 3, 2, and 1) and will give up his spot on the couch for the kids if they tell him to move. Trey does not jump and does not beg. He does not chew and he loves his treats! Trey is a great lap dog and he loves to cuddle. He has the sweetest face and loves to just sit and watch tv with you. Trey is a really great dog and would make a great pet, especially for someone who wants a dog to cuddle! We only adopt to indoor homes. To see an animal, you must fill out an application first and then once approved, we can set up for you to meet the animal you are interested in. We do background checks on all applicants. If you have assault, domestic abuse, or drug charges please do not apply. If they appear healthy and there are no obvious health concerns, then extensive testing is not done. This is normal procedure for pet rescues and shelters.
