Residential Property Manager

Regional residential property management company has immediate opening for a Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in Waterloo, IA to oversee management operations for 141 units. Applicants must have between 2 and 4 years of LIHTC and HUD property experience, be multi-task oriented, manage deadlines, have a positive attitude, have strong verbal and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer and business concerns in a professional and constructive manner.
