Located in the well-known spa town of Bourbonne-les-Bains.
3 hrs to the west is Paris and to the east Germany.
The house has living room with fireplace, large dining room and small kitchen downstairs with a separate shower room and water closet. There is a small enclosed courtyard off the dining room with storage shed.
Upstairs it has two bedrooms and a staircase going up to the attic which
is unfinished but usable space. We used it for an extra bedroom. It has a skylight. The house comes with basic furniture, dining set of table, six chairs and china cabinet (old and very nice), small refrigerator and stove, a washer and dryer in a closet, 2 double beds and a single bed in the attic.
The town is famous for its healing waters and in the summer is filled with travelers from Europe that have come for "the cure". Near the modern spa facility is a new casino and theater and nearby tourist center art gallery.
The house is walking distance to all shops, restaurants and the corner bakery!
Right outside town is an animal park and a lake for fishing and boating.
BLB is located within a quiet rural area of farming, cheese making and wineries. On the drive to Paris you pass fields and fields of sunflowers.
A great place to vacation or retire.
