They are presently seeking a Labor Relations Manager who can coach and counsel, participate in contract negotiation activities, and provide day to day human resource support to customers and employees, both internal and external. Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or psychology preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years related human resources generalist leadership experience, including a solid employee and labor relations background. Experience as the key participant in contract negotiations.
