Summer Update: Gabi is showing some lameness in her back and/or hips. We would love for someone to sponsor Gabi so that we can have some chiro and massage work done on her. If you are interested in sponsoring this wonderful horse, please contact USERL-Iowa. Gabi is a five year old Quarterhorse-type mare. From her former adopter: "Gabi is very patient in waiting for me to mount and unmount. She stands very still by the fence or steps. Gabi loves to be groomed and talk at the same time. She is very smart and if you understand her, she will do anything to please you. Not for the showring, but short trail rides would probably be OK until she is used to being ridden again and gets in shape. She wasn't ridden on an consistent basis and she does need the exercise, but also needs someone who knows when she has had enough. I love her dearly and want the best for her. Gabi has such a fun personality." Please note that Gabi can not be used for breeding. Adoption fee $400.
